        NATIONWIDE STRUCTURE

·        Grupo de Apoyo a la Democracia’s logistic support covers all aspects of the growing civil society in Cuba. To that effect, an internal structure has been created for the purpose of organizing the assistance at the national level, identifying the proper channels of distribution, and overseeing the disbursement of the aid.

·        The people in charge of  GAD’s National Distribution Center maintain direct contact with our Executive Director for the purpose of planning the distribution and identifying the specific needs of the different groups and regions of the country.

·        The National Coordinators also maintain direct working relations with the Provincial Coordinators.

The primary characteristic identifying GAD’s coordinators is their honesty. Dishonesty is not tolerated under any circumstances.
